We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage our talent acquisition strategy and execution. This individual will play a critical role in shaping how we attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent—especially in high-demand areas like machine learning. This is an opportunity to lead strategy and innovate at scale in a high-impact, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all departments with a focus on reducing time-to-fill to under 30 days.
Build and refine scalable talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
Develop strong internal hiring capabilities through strong relationship and trust-building, innovative tools, training, and coaching for hiring managers.
Ensure a consistent and inclusive candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Strategic Outreach & Brand Building
Develop and implement a strategy for strategic partnerships with top academic institutions to build long-term talent pipelines.
Create and manage an outreach program that boosts our presence at key conferences, industry summits, and networking events.
Partner with communications to amplify the employer brand and showcase company culture externally.
Partnership Management
Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies; ensure performance and delivery are optimized.
Evaluate partner ROI and make recommendations based on metrics and outcomes.
Data & Metrics
Track and report on recruiting KPIs, including pipeline diversity, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
Use insights to continuously refine recruiting practices, improve hiring velocity, and enhance candidate quality.
Qualifications and KSAs
5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in a leadership/strategy role.
Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly in machine learning, AI, or emerging tech sectors—agency or in-house.
Demonstrated success building academic and industry partnerships.
Strong track record managing agency relationships and delivering against aggressive hiring targets.
Deep understanding of talent metrics, tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter), and sourcing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for culture-building and creating inclusive, equitable hiring experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a startup or scale-up tech environment.
Global recruiting exposure with deep networks in the technology sector.
Familiarity with DEIB best practices.
